Are you taking peoples jobs??

So, AI and automation have been causing quite a stir lately.

Ai can handle tasks that used to be done solely by humans, like crunching numbers, repetitive work, and even answering customer questions. But here's the deal: they're not snatching up jobs left and right. Instead, they're changing the job scene in some interesting ways. With Lip, we’re using Ai to reduce the cost of translation and allowing people to speak to more of the world!

First off, let's bust the myth that AI and automation are just kicking people out of jobs. Sure, some tasks are getting automated, but that's not the end of the story. AI might be fantastic at specific tasks, but it's not so great with creativity, understanding emotions, or making complex decisions. Many jobs call for those human qualities, so it's unlikely that AI will take over every profession. We're also seeing new jobs popping up to manage, improve, and work alongside these nifty technologies. Plus, automation often boosts productivity, which can lead to more jobs in related areas.

The market has definitely shifted, here is how we see things going:

Augmentation, Not Replacement: Instead of replacing humans, AI and automation often team up with us. They help us work smarter and more efficiently. Think of it like having a super-smart assistant.

New Opportunities: Thanks to advancing technology, we've got brand new job opportunities coming our way. Roles in AI development, data science, robotics, and cybersecurity are hotter than ever. If you want to join the Lip Team in any of these areas, drop us a line on info@lipvideo.com

Reskilling and Upskilling: To stay in the game, some of us might need to learn some new tricks. That's where reskilling (learning entirely new skills) and upskilling (improving existing skills) come into play. Lifelong learning is the name of the game.

Collaboration: Humans and AI can make a killer team. Many workplaces are all about collaboration, where we work alongside our AI pals, each bringing our unique strengths to the table.

Lip works with voice actors to use their trade with our technology. We can take a voice actor's work and sync this with the lips on screen. We are adding and augmenting to the work of voice actors, not taking from it.
